Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due within seven days of making this reservation. After receipt of the deposit, the Boshuisje is definitively booked. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the rental period.

The rental price includes tourist tax, wifi, gas and electricity. For charging electric cars, separate costs are charged according to the electricity rates. In that case, we would like to hear from you. Linen (bed, bath and kitchen) can be booked separately.

The main tenant must be present during the entire rental period (no proxy rental). The check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed upon when booking must be adhered to.

No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the premises without prior permission from the owner.

All our destinations are smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted outside and cigarettes/butts must be extinguished and disposed of in your own ashtrays.

Tenants agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good condition and to only use appliances for their intended use.

Primary Renter acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for any guest or guardian during their booked period and are solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss incurred to any person while at the property.

Boshuisjes Drenthe accepts no legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from any recreational activity and will indemnify the owner for the same. Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the owners and employees harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way resulting from the guests' use of the property or items therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: Failure of another business due to a fault or service interruption of that business {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless provider, etc.} and actions of neighbors such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or acts of God (weather). However, owners agree to do everything humanly possible to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.

No refunds or rental rate adjustments will be made for any of the above conditions.

The accommodations are self-catering, you need to provide your own food.

Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided by Boshuisjes Drenthe - if booked and paid for - and must be left at the accommodation without defects upon departure.

Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they discover it.
